Nurture-Link specializes in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioural challenges, and complex needs. Our clients range from children and youth to adults, and our services are always person-centered and tailored to each individual’s goals and care plans.
Client safety is our top priority. All support staff undergo rigorous screening, including criminal background checks, mandatory training, and ongoing development. We also have comprehensive policies in place for abuse prevention, incident reporting, health and safety, and emergency response.
Yes. Our staff includes trained professionals such as Developmental Service Workers (DSWs), Child and Youth Workers (CYWs), and other qualified caregivers. All team members receive continuous training to meet and exceed provincial standards and to align with our values of integrity, quality, and collaboration.
Absolutely. We believe in working collaboratively with families, guardians, and case managers to create individualized support plans. Client voices are at the center of all decision-making, and families are always welcome to participate in care planning and review meetings.
